Matchbox "Cars of the Future" 5-pack (stk no. 060032-20) from the 1997 Matchbox line.  The cars are 1:64 scale. Made in Thailand in 1996 by Matchbox Toys Ltd (which at the time was a subsidiary of Tyco Toys.

The 5-pack includes the following cars:

• Volkswagen Concept 1 Beetle (MB287) - metalflake purple, gray interior, split 5-spoke wheels
• Street Streak (MB290) - red and black, split 5-spoke wheels
• Plymouth Prowler (MB280) - white, pink interior, split 5-spoke wheels
• Ford Mustang Mach III Concept (MB257) - blue, black interior, split 5-spoke wheels
• Audi Avus Quattro (MB279) - gold, black interior, split 5-spoke wheels

The cars are all in mint condition. The cardboard card is still sealed and it is in very good condition (it has a small 1/4" tar on the left side near the Avus, and the top hang tab is creased from being stored folded, see photos).
