Matchbox Hot Stocks Pit-Stop Action Playset, made in 1992.  The playset includes a black Chevrolet Lumina racing car with Champion #4 labels and Goodyear tires, and several pit stop accessories including a trophy, a starting gate, 2 traffic cones, a traffic light, and the cardboard race track piece that the car sits on.

Car and accessories are in mint condition and the cardboard blister card is in very good condition with a small crease on the top right corner tip (see photos).
