This issue includes all of the regular MRR features: letters to the editor, local scene reports, top record lists, lots of record and tape reviews, fanzine reviews, columnists like Jennifer Blowdryer, Ben Weasel, and Mykel Board and others, and lots of vintage punk record and punk band ads, and classifieds.

The magazine is in very good condition with yellowing of the covers and page edges from age (see photos).
