Early 1980's pocket sized Commuter rail train schedule for the North Side Service Massachusetts Bay Transportation Service (MBTA) Eastern Line Gloucester Branch train service from Boston to Beverly, Ipswich, Rockport, Lynn, Swampscott, Salem, Hamilton & Wenham, Manchester-By-The-Sea, and Gloucester.
The schedule was effective May 3, 1981 and revised April 1, 1982.
The timetable includes train schedules (Monday-Friday, Saturdays, Sundays/Holidays), fare info (to/from Boston), station locations, info on the Zone Fare System, and info on monthly passes and student discount.
The commuter rail service on the line was managed for the MBTA by the Boston and Maine Corporation (B&M railroad) until 1987.
The schedule is 6"x3" (152mm x 76mm) folded and folds out to 6"x18" (152mm x 457mm).
The schedule is in fair condition. It has several creases and wrinkles (see photos).
