1988 McDonald's Happy Meals The Muppets holiday Christmas promo stuffed teddy bear: McDonald's Presents Jim Henson's Baby Fozzie Bear.

The light brown Muppets bear is wearing a red felt hat on his head and has a green fabric scarf with red tassles wrapped around his neck, and he has a 2 1/2" x 1 3/4" cardboard tag attached to his arm that says "McDonald's Presents...Baby Fozzie Bear" on one side and "To / From" on the back side.

The plush teddy bear measures 8" tall (203mm) when sitting, and the width (when sitting) is 8" from arm to arm, and 4 1/2" (114mm) from toe to posterior.

Made in China for Simon Marketing Inc (Los Angeles).  From the tag: "Contents: Polyester Fiber / Plastic Stiffener".
