Published in 1944 and printed in the U.S.A. by Vogel Music Co Inc, New York. The sheet music booklet is 12" x 9" (305mm x 229mm). The booklet has 6 pages (including the back cover).

The cover features Judy Garland, star of the 1944 MGM film, "Meet Me in St. Louis." The film also starred Margaret O'Brien, Mary Astor, Lucille Bremer, Marjorie Main, and Tom Drake. It was directed by Vincente Minnelli and produced by Arthur Freed.

The back cover features an advertisement for the World War II-era song "After the War Is Over (Will There Be Any Home Sweet Home?)," also available from the same publisher.

Condition: the sheet music booklet is in overall good condition with some light wear and yellowing due to age.  The front cover has a name written on it, and the back cover has two small 1/4" tears.  The spine has a 1/4" split at the bottom and a 3/16" split at the top  (see photos).
