The front cover of the brochure has an illustration of the railroad's Super Dome "Hiawathas" and "Western Cities" Streamliners trains. The back cover has a system route map.
The schedule also includes lists of equipment for the railroad's various trains including The Tomahawk, The Sioux, The Varsity, The Hiawathas (Olympian, Morning, Afternoon), The Pioneer Limited, Domeliners (City of Los Angeles, City of San Francisco, City of Portland, Challenger), and others.
The Milwaukee Road operated in the Midwest and Northwest from 1847 to 1986 when it merged into the Soo Line (a unit of Canadian Pacific).
