Vintage 3-panel 2-sided paper takeout menu from the early 2000's for Moon Pie Pizzeria which was located at 31 Avenue C on the corner of E 3rd St in the Loisaida (Alphabet City section of Manhattan's Lower East Side, New York City

The restaurant opened in the late 1990's (replacing a questionable bodega which had been shut down by the police a year or two earlier) and operated until 2010. After the pizzeria close it was later replaced by the short lived Lebrini's Pizza, and then by the Dominican restaurant La Pulperia by Sazon in late 2025.

The pizza in the early years was good quality but it declined towards the end.  In addition to pizza, the restaurant also featured the usual assortment of calzones, hot heroes, and Italian sandwiches.

The menu is in very good condition (see photos).  The menu is 8.5" x 3.75" (216mm x 95mm) folded and approximately 8.5" x 11" (216mm x 279mm) when opened.
