Synopsis: When Nancy Drew agrees to accompany her neighbor, Mrs. Tenney, to an old, uninhabited mansion, she discovers that valuable antique furniture has mysteriously disappeared. While searching the house for clues, Nancy finds a strange Pennsylvania Dutch hex sign bearing the words “Witch Tree Symbol.” The unusual drawing leads her and her friends, Bess and George, to the Pennsylvania Dutch country, where they become involved in a puzzling mystery involving a cunning and ruthless thief.

As Nancy investigates, the friendly Amish community becomes suspicious of her when rumors spread that she is a witch. Using superstition to his advantage, the thief attempts to turn the locals against Nancy and prevent her from uncovering the truth. Undeterred by danger and hostility, Nancy follows one clue after another, determined to solve the mystery of the witch tree symbol and bring the elusive criminal to justice.

Condition: the book is in overall very good to excellent condition.  The back cover has a small white spot from a price sticker.  The inside pages are in great shape, and the spine and binding are tight. (see photos)
