Condition: The book is in overall good plus to very good condition. The spine cover has wear along the top quarter (see photo below) and there is light wear on the cover's corner tips.  There is a name written on the inside of the cover.  There are no loose pages, and the inside pages are in very good condition with no writing, creases, or marks.
