The timetable includes 21 train schedules, a route map, reserved coach seat fares on the Vista-Dome North Coast Limited, lists of equipment used on the Streamlined Mainstreeter and North Coast Limited and other trains, and a list of Northern Pacific ticket offices.
The 21 schedules in the timetable include the North Coast and Mainstreeter trains from Minneapolis/St Paul to Seattle, Seattle - Tacoma - Portland, Duluth/Superior - Staples, Billings - Cody, Little Falls - International Falls, Missoula - Polson, Livingstone/Gardner to Yellowstone Nat'l Park, and 14 other timetable routes.
The front cover of the brochure has a photo of a Vista-Dome car with passengers and a train stewardess, and the back cover has a photo of the lounge car with a stewardess talking to passengers.
The Northern Pacific Railway operated from 1864 to 1970 when it merged into Burlington Northern. It served points from Minnesota and Wisconsin in the Midwest to the Pacific Northwest including Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland.
The schedule is in very good condition. It has a small light mark on the front cover (bottom left corner, see photos). The folded size is 9" x 4" (229mm x 102mm).
