6 panel large sized full color first brochure from 1980 announcing the start of Caribbean cruise service of the Norwegian Caribbean Line's ss Norway after NCL acquired the ship and spent $50 million refurbishing it. The ship formerly sailed as the French Line flagship Transatlantic liner ss France.
The brochure folds out to show an approximately 38 inch long illustration of the ship. The brochure also includes a short description of the ship's history and refurbishment, a description of the cruise from Miami to the Caribbean, schedules and room rates for the cruises starting in June 1980, detailed deck plans, and general information.
The brochure has a small 1/4" inch tear on the top left corner tip, and a small 1/2" x 3" stain along the left edge of the front cover (see photos) but the brochure is otherwise in very good condition.
