Book is in good to very good condition. The front cover has two  small 1/4" tears, and there is a small 1/2" tear on the bottom right corner of the front cover and the first two pages where they meet the spine (see photos).

From the back of the book: "Faced with a murder charge, Perry Mason's client could deny nothing.  The case against Sarah Breel was all circumstantial.  She had been at the scene of the crime at the time it was committed...She claimed to have completely lost her memory!"
