Pez Bart Simpson from The Simpsons cartoon series Candy Dispenser, made in Slovenia in 2000. The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.
The dispenser has a red stem and feet, yellow head, bulging white eyes with black pupils, and a red collar.
Bart is approximately 5" tall from the base to the top of his elongated head. The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in excellent working condition with no noticeable flaws (see photos).
