Pez DC Comics Batman Candy Dispenser, made in Yugoslavia in 1985. The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.
The dispenser has a blue colored base and feet, blue helmet and mask, and beige flesh colored face.
Batman is approximately 4 1/4" long from base to top of head The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in excellent condition with no noticeable flaws (see photos).
