Pez Fozzie Bear from The Muppet Show Candy Dispenser, made in the Czech Republic in 1991. The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.
The dispenser has a yellow stem and feet, light brown head with big bear ears, light red mouth, pink nose, white eyes with black pupils and pink eyelids, brown eyebrows, and yellow a brown hat
Fozzie is approximately 4 1/2" long from the base to the top of his hat. The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in excellent working condition with no noticeable flaws (see photos).
