Pez Kermit the Frog from The Muppets Candy Dispenser, made in Hungary in 1991.   The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.

The dispenser has a red colored base and feet, light green frog head with red mouth and light purple tongue, bulging white frog eyes with black pupils, and red bowtie.

The frog is approximately 4" long from base to top of head  The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.

The dispenser is in excellent to near mint working condition.  The only flaw is a tiny barely noticeable mark on one of the black eye pupils (see photos).
