Pez Charlie Brown from the Peanuts comic strip Candy Dispenser, made in Slovenia in 2000. The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.
The dispenser has a red colored base and feet, beige head nose and ears, black eyes mouth and eyebrows, and a large blue baseball cap.
Charlie Brown is approximately 4" long from his feet to the top of his baseball hat. The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in excellent working condition (see photos).
