Pez He-Saur  from the Pez-A-Saurs dinosaur line of Candy Dispensers, made in Hungary in 1995.   The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.

The dispenser has a purple colored stem and feet, light yellowish head with purple mouth , bulging white eyes with black pupils, purple brow, and dark purple spiked mane.

The dinosaur is approximately 4 1/4" long from base to top of head  The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.

The dispenser is in excellent to near mint working condition with no noticeable flaws (see photos).
