Pez Ratatouille Chef Skinner (from the Disney Pixar animated movie Ratatouille) Candy Dispenser, made in China in 2007. The base has U.S. patent no. 5,984,285.
The dispenser has a light green colored base and feet, white collar, beige scowling face and ears, thin black mustache and eye brows, and a giant white chef's hat.
The dispenser is approximately 4 3/4" long (121mm) from base to the top of the chef's hat The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in excellent condition (see photos).
