Pez Halloween Skull Candy Dispenser with feet, made in Yugoslavia in the late 1980's.   The base has U.S. patent no. 3,942,683.

The dispenser has a dark purple colored base and feet, off white skull face and head with black collar and eyes, black "missing" tooth and nose.

The skull is approximately 4" long from base to top of hat  The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.

The dispenser is in very good condition (see photos).
