Pez Snowman 'B' Candy Dispenser, made in Slovenia in the early 1990's. The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.
The winter themed dispenser has a white colored base and feet, round white head, large black top hat, orange carrot shaped nose, and the mouth and eyes are made of tiny black squares.
The snowman is approximately 4 1/2" long from base to top of its hat. The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in excellent working condition (see photos).
