Pez Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Angry Version, Candy Dispenser, made in China in 1994. The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.
The dispenser has a purple colored base and feet, green head, red mask, white yes with black pupils, and "angry" expression white mouth with black teeth outlines.
The dispenser is approximately 4" long from base to top of head The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in excellent working condition. It has one barely noticeable pin sized black mark on the nose (see photos).
