Looney Tunes Tweety Bird with Baseball Hat Candy Dispenser, made in Hungary in 1999. The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.
The dispenser has a light green colored stem and feet, a yellow head, small orange beak, white eyes with blue iris and black pupils and outline, and a blue baseball hat with a red brim.
The hat wearing canary on a stick is approximately 4 1/4" long from base to top of head The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in very good condition. It has one small light scuff mark on the right side of its head (see photos).
