Pez Wegmans Grocery Store Tractor Trailer Semi Rig Truck Candy Dispenser, made in China in 2010. 

The truck has a brown cab and brown tractor trailer.  The cab has 2 moving black wheels with 5-spoke chrome hubs, and the trailer has 4 moving wheels with 5-spoke chrome hubs on double axles, and a silver undercarriage by the rear trailer axles.  The trailer has a brown label with the Wegman's name and a photo of fresh tomatoes , and a blue Pez logo label on the back of the trailer. The cab has a graphic showing a fork, plates, and glass.

The truck is approximately 4 1/4" long x 1 1/4" high x 1" wide (108mm x 32mm x 25mm).  The truck cab tilts back to dispense and load candy.
