Pez Halloween Witch Candy Dispenser with feet, made in Yugoslavia in the 1990's. The base has U.S. patent no. 4,966,305.
The dispenser has a red colored base and feet, green witch's face with pointy nose, red hair, and black witch's hat.
The witch is approximately 4 1/2" long from base to top of hat The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in very good condition (see photos).
