Pez glow in the dark Halloween Witch Candy Dispenser with feet, copyright 2003 and made in China in 2005. The base has U.S. patent no. 5,984,285.
The dispenser has a white colored base and feet, black bats on the sides of the base, light green witch's face with pointy nose and white tooth, purple hair, and tall black witch's hat with purple band and red buckle.
The witch is approximately 5" long (127mm) from base to top of hat The head tilts back to dispense and load candy, and the spring mechanism for the candy dispenser works well.
The dispenser is in very good condition (see photos).
