Vintage 10-strike matchbook cover (no matches) from the early 1970's advertising the now defunct Pizza King Family Restaurants mini chain of pizza parlors in Parma, Berea, and Broadview Heights..
The front cover of the matchbook has the restaurant's PK crown logo and says "Over 5 million pizzas". The strike side has the restaurant's name.
The inside of the matchbook lists the addresses of the chain's 3 restaurants: 7526 Broadview Rd (Broadview Heights, OH), 10 Seminary St (Berea, OH), and 7731 West Ridgewood Dr (Parma, OH).
The matchbook was manufactured by Universal Match, Cleveland.
The matchbook cover is in very good condition. It is empty and there are no matches, and the strike pad appears to be unused. (see photos).
