The Nomadder What has a blue body, yellow tinted windows, chrome interior, yellow tinted transparent base tailpipes, PR5 double 5-spoke wheels, chrome bumper, 'Chemical' tampo on sides, Planet Hot Wheels.com logo on roof, and multicolor design tampo on sides hood and trunk.
The car is 74mm / 3 inches long, 1/64 scale. Made in Thailand in 2002.
The car is in mint condition on a near mint condition blister card. (see photos).
The CD-Rom contains:

- Archive of 2001 and 2002 Hot Wheels Cars
- Sneak Preview of 2003 Hot Wheels Cars
