Vintage 30-strike matchbook cover (no matches) from the 1980's advertising the Port-O-Call Hotel on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey.
The Port-O-Call opened in 1966 and was originally painted white and called the Port-O-Call Hotel And Motor Inn. The hotel was painted its distinctive pink color in 1986 after a change in ownership.
The matchbook front cover has the hotel name and logo. The strike side has the hotel logo and address. The inside of the matchbook is blank.
The matchbook cover is empty and there are no matches, the strike pad appears to be unused. The matchbook is in very good condition (see photos).
