Fold out full color brochure for the 1998 1-day and 3-day "Nova Scotia GetAways" cruise packages from Portland Maine to Yarmouth Nova Scotia Canada aboard the Prince of Fundy Cruises 12,000 ton 470 ft long MV Scotia Prince cruise ship.
The brochure includes a photo of the ship on the cover, descriptions and pricing for the 1 and 3 day tour packages, an illustration on the back cover showing the layouts of the two cabin types, and sailing schedules.
The brochure is in very good condition.
The mv Scotia Prince was built in 1972 for Sweden's Stena Lines as the Stena Olympica. The ship was sold to Prince of Fundy Cruises in 1982 and renamed the Scotia Prince. In 1986 the ship was rebuilt and lengthened by 60 ft. The ship ended its service with Prince of Fundy Line in 2004. In 2005 it was chartered to FEMA for 6 months to house the homeless in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. From 2006-2011 it was chartered to various operators for use as a car ferry, and it was scrapped in 2012.
