The brochure includes descriptions of the 9 air/sea cruise sailings with itineraries and descriptions of the ports of call, departure dates, air/sea rates, a description of the ship with pictures of the interior and exterior, detailed deck plans, and general information.
The brochure is in excellent condition with 2 small light spots on the back cover and page 23 (see photos).
The ship was built in 1971 as the Island Venture for Flagship Cruises. It was sold to Princess Cruises and renamed Island Princess in 1972 and it sailed with them until 1999 when it was sold. It sailed with Voyages of Discovery as the MV Discovery from 2002-2014. It was scrapped in 2014.
