Vintage 30-strike matchbook cover (no matches) printed in 1983 advertising the now defunct Reuben's steaks and seafood restaurant chain.

The first Reuben's opened in Newport Beach, California in 1960 and by the early 1980's it had expanded to 26 restaurants in 11 states.  The chain's then owner, Grace Restaurant Company, converted the Reuben's locations into Coco's in the mid-to-late 1980's.

The front cover of the matchbook has restaurant's name, and the strike side of the matchbook says 'Steaks & Seafood'.  The inside of the matchbook lists the restaurants 25 locations.

The matchbook cover is in very good condition . It is empty and there are no matches, and the strike pad appears to be unused (see photos).
