Road Champs no. 5900 Deluxe Series diecast metal and plastic Recycle America Recycling Truck with white body and chassis, two dark red stripes on the sides, clear windows, white interior, Recycle America logo on cab doors and rear, the words "Recycle America A Wate Management Service" on the rear, and black tires with silver hubs. The truck bed is divided into four sections: "clear glass" "green glass" "paper" "plastic".

The truck is 5" long x 1 5/8" (127mm x 41mm), and it was made in China in 1994.

Condition: The truck is in mint condition. The cardboard blister card has a small one inch long crease on the left edge  and the original Kaybee Toys price sticker on the front (see photos).
