112 page cruise atlas brochure for the 1979-1980 worldwide cruises aboard Royal Viking Line's three Norwegian flag ships Royal Viking Sky, Royal Viking Sea, and Royal Viking Star.
The brochure includes photos, descriptions, and itineraries for the cruises and ports of call, room rates, photos and diagrams of the different cabin sizes, general information, and very detailed deck plans for all 3 ships.
The brochure is in very good condition with some creasing on the top right corner of the cover and pages 2-10, and a crease on the bottom right corner of the back cover and some of the inner pages.
Royal Viking operated the 3 sister ships from 1971/73-1991.
The Royal Viking Star sailed with Royal Viking from 1972-1991. It was sold to Norwegian Cruise Line in 1991 and renamed Westward. Royal Cruise Line operated it as the Royal Odyssey from 1994-1996 when it was sold to Fred Olsen Cruise Lines and renamed Black Watch. It sailed with Fred Olsen until 2020 and it was scrapped in 2022.
The Royal Viking Sky sailed with Royal Viking from 1973-1991, and later sailed with Norwegian Cruise Line 1991-1993 (as the Sunward), Princess Cruises '93-'97 (Golden Princess), and Star Cruises (SuperStar Capricorn). Fred Olsen operated it as the Boudicca from 2005-2020. It was sold for scrap in 2021.
The Royal Viking Sea sailed with Royal Viking from 1973-1991. Royal Cruise Line operated it as the Royal Odyssey from 1991-1997. Phoenix Reisen operated it as the Albatros from 2004-2021. It was sold for scrap in 2021.
