Antique postcard from 1904 showing a nightime view of people walking to the Shooting the Chutes water ride in the Luna Park amusement park in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York.

Shooting the Chutes is the classic amusement park water ride: people ride in a flat bottom boat down a water slide and the boat makes a big splash when it hits the water at the bottom.

The postcard was published by the Illustrated Post Card Co. - New York - Germany, and is copyright 1904.

The card is used and stamped, postmarked 1907. It is in very good condition with minor wear on the corner tip edges (see photos).
