5-panel full color foldout brochure (folds out to 18"x 20") for the 1975 Sitmar Cruises / Delta Airlines 7 to 14 day air/sea Caribbean cruises from Port Everglades Florida aboard the Sitmar cruise ship tss Fairwind.
The front side of the brochure includes descriptions of the TSS Fairwind and ports of call, and sailing schedules for the 7/10/11/13/14 day cruises. Ports of call included Cap Haitien, San Juan, St Thomas, Nassau, Martinique, St Lucia, Sint Maarten/St Martin, Caracas, Curacao, Aruba, Cartagena, and Kingston.
The back side of the brochure includes large detailed deck plans, a description of room categories and prices (flying from New York), air/sea price ranges for other cities, and general conditions.
The Fairwind and Fairsea were originally built as the sister ships Sylvania and Carinthia for Cunard Lines and sailed with Cunard from 1955-1968. The ships were sold to P&O / Princess Cruises in 1988 and renamed the Dawn Princess and Fair Princess . The Fair Princess sailed with Princess until 2000 when it was sold and briefly became a casino ship named the China Sea Discovery before being broken up in 2005. The Dawn Princess was sold in 1993 and renamed Albatros and sailed with Phoenix Reisen until 2003 when it was broken up.
