The Boat Book, written by Joe Kaufman - A Golden Shape Book (no. 5929), published by Golden Press, New York in 1965. 22 pages. The book's shaped cardboard cover is approximately 8" x 8".

The book shows children the various types of boats and ships: ocean liners, kayaks, canoes, gondolas, tug boats, junks, riverboats, Viking ships, and sailboats.

The book is in very good condition .  It has a very light hard to see 1/2" crease on the right side tab near the red and white 29 cents price on the cover (see photos).
