The front cover of the sheet music has a photo of fiddler and western swing bandleader Bob Wills who wrote the song and performed it with his band Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys.

The back cover has an ad for other sheet music song albums by the publisher Bourne.

Condition: the sheet music booklet is in good condition with some signs of wear. It has a vertical crease up the middle, light wear on the corner tips, and there is a musical notation written in pencil at the bottom of the second page (see photos).
