This issue: "Citadel War: Chapter 1". The Omega Men, a group of cosmic rebels led by Primus, go to war with the oppressive Citadel regime.
The Omega Men were a short lived DC Comics series with 38 issues from April 1983-April 1986. The Omega Men had originally made their first appearance in an issue of Green Lantern.
The comic is in very fine plus to near mint minus condition. The only noticeable flaws are a small smudge on the back cover near the top right side and a small barely noticeable stress line on the front on the top left edge (see photos).
