Vintage sheet music with lyrics for the song Tonight Is Mine from the 1934 RKO-Radio Pictures movie Stingaree, lyrics by Gus Kahn and music by Frank Harling.
Published in 1934 and printed in the U.S.A. by Irving Berlin Inc, New York. The sheet music booklet is 12" x 9 1/4" (305mm x 235mm). The booklet has 6 pages (including the back cover).
The front cover of the sheet music has photos of the movie's stars Irene Dunn and Richard Dix.
trivia: the "NRA" emblem with the blue eagle on the front cover refers to the short lived National Recovery Administration set up by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933 to administer his New Deal programs during the Great Depression. The emblem was commonly used on many products from 1933-1935 to show support for Roosevelt's programs.
The back cover has an ad for sheet music for the 1934 novelty hits "Pardon My Southern Accent" and "Here Come The British (Bang! Bang!)"
Condition: the sheet music booklet is in good plus to very good condition. It has some light wear around the edges of the covers, a name written on the front, a small 1/4" split at the top and bottom of the spine, and a small dogear crease on the top right corner (see photos).
