Using his rhyming speech and superpowers, Underdog follows the trail of sticky clues, leading him to the villainous Simon Bar Sinister, who has created a machine to steal all the town's ice cream for himself. After a comical confrontation, Underdog defeats Simon, returns the frozen treats, and restores happiness to the community—just in time for a celebratory ice cream party.
