Antique postcard from 1904 showing a nightime view of the Luna Park amusement park in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York.
Luna Park operated from 1903 to 1944. It was located between Neptune Ave and Surf Ave, and W 8th and W 12th St. It was one of the big 3 amusement parks in Coney Island in the 1900's with the others being Steeplechase Park (opened 1897, closed 1964) and Dreamland (opened 1904, burned 1911).
The postcard was published by the Illustrated Post Card Co. - New York - Germany, and is copyright 1906.
The card is used and stamped, postmarked 1907. It is in very good condition with minor wear on the corner tip edges (see photos).
