CONDITION AND OTHER NOTES:

Vinyl record: VG+/NM- (Very Good Plus/Near Mint Minus): excellent condition record, plays perfectly, no surface noise, a couple of very light scratches that don't affect playback.

Cardboard sleeve: VG+/NM- (Very Good Plus/Near Mint Minus): sleeve is in excellent shape with very minor shelf wear on the bottom corner tips  and a promotional stamp on the back (see photos).  Inside record liner (with live photo and song lyrics) is in near mint condition
