The front cover of the sheet music has a photo of the stars of Alexander's Ragtime Band: Tyrone Power, Alice Faye, Don Ameche, Ethel Merman, and Jack Haley. The movie was directed by Henry King and produced by Darryl F. Zanuck.

The back cover has an ad for other Irving Berlin hits.

Condition: the sheet music booklet is in very good condition with some light wear on the corner tips and a small 1/4" tear at the top of the front cover (see photos).
